Nomusa Hlongwane joined A.R.CA. Durban in January 2017 as an Enrolled Nurse. Her responsibilities include:
- Administering medication and IV drips for patients
- Monitoring patients throughout the detox period
- Ensuring the overall health and wellbeing of the patient
- Liaising with Dr Naidoo, as well as fellow nurses and therapists about the patient’s health
- Providing care and encouragement to patients
Nomusa is passionate about providing the best possible care to all patients and has found a great sense of reward in the work she does.
